Welcome Emails

Badgy premium includes the ability to send welcome emails to your attendees before your event.

The welcome email text can be customised to your own preference and will include the users QR code that they will use to check-in.

The welcome email is sent the day before the event. You can toggle on welcome email sending in the Event tab in Settings.

Enable in time

If you would like to use the Welcome Email feature, make sure to enable it at least 2 days before your event so that it can send in time.

Quicker check-in

This feature reduces the check-in time for attendees by ensuring they have their QR code to hand when entering the event.
