Basic Print Station

Badgy is very flexible. The basis of every set up is the Print Station . A Print Station is made up of a

  • Zebra Printer
  • Laptop or Badgy Box
  • Labels

We recommend one Print Station for every 200 attendees. Simply scale up if you have a bigger event.

Once you have a Print Station set up this is automatically shared across your Badgy event. For example you can load your event on a phone to scan ticket QR codes and print back at any Print Station.

There are numerous different badge stock supported by badgy. From fanfold pre printed stock to simple sticky labels. Each has its pros and cons. Learn more here

Self Check-In (Optional)

We support two self check-in options:

  • iPad based Kiosks
  • Attendee self check-in with their own phone
